2023/2024 Improvements
The original hot tub has been removed and will be replaced with a plunge pool from SwimEx. Extensive demolition and dirt work was needed to create room for the replacement hot tub.
The Crew at SwimEx hard at work on the new hot tub. There will be maintenance access around the perimeter of the tub, to make for ease of maintenance and access to any potential leaks or mechanical issues.
2021 Improvements
The south deck is being replaced with proper concrete footings so it will not have a wavy affect. Replaced with new composite decking.

2019/2020 Improvements
So far on the capital plan, the skylights have been replaced. The fire panel has been upgraded and can identify which unit an alarm is going off in. The work in the parking lot has started, and will hopefully be completed in the first week of October.

The pool was drained, cleaned and painted. The older cedar shake shingles were removed around the swimming pool, and the walls were sheetrocked and painted. Sheetrock was patched and painted as needed throughout the complex, and unit doors are being painted now. Stair treads were replaced as needed. We now have Ping Pong and Foosball in the game room!

Hot Tub was painted, Stucco work was completed, Women's bathroom: Doors were painted and new counter and sinks installed, Clothes dryer booster fans were added, New carpet on the north side 2nd and 3rd floors, new WiFi routers were installed, and 2016/2017 owners will choose their options for replacing their fireplaces and flues.
