We will continue to send notice of the annual meeting by email unless an notification is specifically requested to be sent by US mail. The notice will include a return form to indicate expected attendance or participation by proxy. Attendance is highly encouraged, but if you are unable to attend, please complete and fax or mail back the proxy early enough that it can be counted toward the quorum and votes on important matters at the meeting. Should you not have a blank proxy, you may print one from our document library, complete it, and send it to us.
